We founded the Village Scoop on a few key principles: provide the areas highest quality ice cream, provide
excellent service, and provide a warm and inviting destination for family and friends to get together.
We felt the North Oaks, Shoreview, Arden Hills and Vadnais Heights areas were lacking in high quality ice
cream options and in destination locations in general. The Village Scoop intends to fill that void. We also like
to have a little fun ... so if it appears we are just goofing off at times, you are probably right.
